As the company continues its expansion into the U.S. market, they are seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Director to lead brand strategy, build a high-performing marketing organization, and establish a category-leading consumer brand.

What You'll DoLead Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute the annual U.S. brand marketing strategy.
- Localize the company's global brand positioning for American consumers while maintaining brand consistency.
- Build a compelling brand story that resonates with U.S. audiences.
- Define long-term brand positioning and growth initiatives.
Grow the Brand
- Identify, understand, and engage the brand's core customer segments.
- Build and nurture engaged brand communities.
- Create programs that cultivate loyal customers and brand advocates.
- Develop customer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
Build an Integrated Marketing Engine
Lead omnichannel marketing initiatives across:
- Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Content marketing (blog, YouTube, podcasts)
- SEO and SEM
- Email marketing
- Retail partnerships
- Pop-up experiences
- Brand events
- Influencer and creator partnerships
- User-generated content initiatives
Lead Product Launches
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Identify and manage limited-edition collaborations and strategic partnerships.
- Measure campaign performance and continuously optimize results.
Drive Performance Through Data
- Build marketing dashboards and reporting systems.
- Analyze campaign and customer performance.
- Optimize marketing ROI and conversion across the customer journey.
- Leverage insights to improve future campaigns.
Build and Lead the Marketing Team
- Develop and lead the U.S. marketing organization.
- Establish team goals, KPIs, and performance reviews.
- Mentor and develop marketing talent.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and creative team culture.
Partner Across the Organization
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Design, and international teams while managing relationships with agencies, retail partners, media organizations, and other strategic partners.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Consumer Psychology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of brand marketing or integrated marketing experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing teams.
- Experience leading teams of five or more.
- 3+ years of experience within consumer products, lifestyle, fashion, outdoor, or FMCG brands.
- Experience building a marketing function, brand, or team from an early stage.
- Strong experience leading omnichannel marketing programs.
- Demonstrated success across social media, content marketing, influencer marketing, and integrated campaigns.
Preferred Experience
We're especially interested in candidates with experience at premium consumer or lifestyle brands, including companies in athleisure, outdoor products, premium accessories, wellness, home goods, or other design-forward consumer categories.
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- Building a brand from launch to national recognition
- Leading successful brand repositioning initiatives
- Creating viral or culturally relevant marketing campaigns
- Managing high-performing influencer marketing programs
- Building engaged customer communities
