Powder Coater
BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a manufacturing facility in the Paulsboro, NJ area in search of a Powder Coater to join their growing fabrication team. This is a permanent opportunity created by departmental expansion, bringing in experienced outside talent to support a team that has grown significantly over the past year.

Overview:
- Spray metal frames used in custom decorative and architectural products using powder coat equipment.
- Set oven temperatures and parameters based on the type of frame being processed.
- Make sure all pieces are etched with the correct mark numbers and organized properly before and during production.
- Inspect sprayed items carefully before the curing process is complete to catch any issues early.
- Prepare materials and see the full powder coat process through from start to finish.

Requirements:
- Hands-on powder coating experience preferred; candidates with a spray painting background in auto body or industrial spray applications will also be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish color with a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a production environment with exposure to heat, moderate noise, and occasional close quarters.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and move throughout the workspace consistently during a shift.
- Willing to wear provided PPE throughout the shift, including frequent respirator use.
