This is a full-time, fully on-site position located at:
10 Nicholls Street, Davenport, WA 99122.

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility for patients across the lifespan.
You will work with a diverse patient population in outpatient and hospital settings, collaborating with providers and rehabilitation colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
In our rural setting, you’ll have the opportunity to practice at the top of your license and build meaningful patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
- Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention strategies
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and providers to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Minimum Qualifications
Licensure & Certification
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire)
Experience
- Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based physical therapy preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to treat patients across age groups
- Experience with Epic or similar electronic medical record systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
