Responsibilities:
- Perform grooming tasks including bathing, brushing, and nail trimming with precision and care.
- Handle animals gently and securely during grooming procedures to guarantee their safety and comfort.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with grooming services.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing grooming tools and work areas regularly.
- Assist in lifting heavy objects when handling larger breeds or equipment as required.
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and groomers to uphold the welfare of all animals under our care.
Requirements:
- Experience or certification in pet grooming or a related field.
- Proficient in dog handling techniques and understanding of animal behavior.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Knowledgeable about basic pet care practices and animal behavior.
- Previous work experience in a veterinary clinic, kennel, or pet care facility is advantageous.
