We are a woman-owned business with more than 25 years in the industry, hundreds of five-star reviews, long-standing client relationships, and a reputation for elegant design, precise professional installation, and exceptional service. We also use our work to give back—providing complimentary holiday décor to group homes, nonprofits, veterans, older adults, and families facing difficult circumstances.
; the person must understand how to market a luxury service specifically to the Chicago and North Shore market.
This is a virtual role yet you will work side by side with the owner to:

We are looking for someone who has worked with luxury service, design, hospitality, lifestyle, or high-end consumer brands and brings brand strategy, social media, AI, and organizational skills on steroids.
The right person is highly creative but also exceptionally organized, sophisticated, resourceful, and full of common sense. You should love experimenting with technology, developing show-stopping concepts, and turning a rich company story into content people actually want to watch and share. Experience with Monday.com and GHL is a strong plus, along with the ability to create polished graphics in Canva and produce simple, engaging short-form videos.
This position begins at approximately 20 hours per week, then full-time September - December for the holiday season.
The Person We’re Looking For

- Strong working knowledge of AI tools for content development, research, organization, and creative production

- High integrity, common sense, emotional intelligence, and clear communication
- A proactive mindset—the ability to bring ideas, identify missing pieces, and help pull the entire marketing process together
You will work side by side with a highly involved founder who has a strong creative vision, moves quickly, and cares deeply about the integrity of the brand. The right person will be comfortable receiving direct feedback, contributing original ideas, respectfully sharing a different perspective, and turning ambitious concepts into an organized, cohesive marketing plan.
We are looking for someone who is creative without being chaotic.
