Ranew's Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Thomaston, GA.
As a customer service representative at Ranew’s you will serve as the primary liaison between the company and our major customers. You will work in a high paced environment and need to possess the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate efficiently and effectively while driving action within the organization. This is a key role within the company, assuring that we understand our customers’ requirements and enabling our operations teams to exceed those expectations.
Location: Thomaston, GA
Salary: $14 - $16 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service for all customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and processes.
- Manage all aspects of customer orders and follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure production schedules align with customer priorities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns or issues. Work internally to ensure that actions are taken to satisfy requests made by the customer.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent computer skills required, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail
- High degree of customer focus
- Experience working with ERP or other planning systems preferred
