We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Rep to drive new business and revenue growth across Austin, TX and surrounding counties.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with experience in residential outdoor construction sales, particularly custom patios, enclosures, decks and backyard living environments. The ideal candidate understands how to turn a homeowner’s vision into a functional and beautiful outdoor space and can confidently guide clients from concept through design, proposal, and close.

Position Overview
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, designing custom patios and backyard living concepts, preparing estimates, and closing high-value residential projects.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in residential outdoor living or exterior remodeling.
- Experience in CAD design software is a plus.
- Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
- Build trust and guide customers through the decision process.
- Ability to design, estimate, and present outdoor living projects to homeowners.
- Experience coordinating with project managers and construction teams.
- Able to independently manage company-provided leads and close sales.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Meet).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
