Experienced full time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician needed to join our team at Patient Care Now Urgent Care located in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Candidate must have a valid Pennsylvania medical license and board certification/board eligibility. We are seeking a physician with urgent care experience who is interested in taking on a leadership role with dedicated administrative time and stipend. Initial part time employment is an option. The ideal candidate is able to:
- Provide high-quality, evidence based care to patients in a busy urgent care setting.
- Provide oversight to other providers to ensure exceptional clinical care, a high rate of compliance with processes and policies, and an educated and motivated staff.
- Collaborate with practice leadership in the development of clinical protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Passion for patient experience and patient centeredness is a must!

Pay: $150.00 per hour
