Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Food Runners/Bussers/Barbacks to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. As an employee at Black Cow, you will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, bartenders & customers to deliver food and beverages while maintaining high standards of guest service. Must have good Availability, be local.

Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Utilize Toast POS system for order tracking and communication with the kitchen as needed.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that each guest feels valued and welcomed.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and experience using POS systems like Aloha is a plus.
