Position Overview:
Primary responsibility is delivering in-home care. Secondary responsibility is supporting office and administrative operations.
Primary Responsibilities – Caregiver (Priority 1):
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility)
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Companionship and supervision
- Maintain professional client conduct
Secondary Responsibilities – Office Support (Priority 2):
- Manage caregiver call-outs
- Assist with scheduling updates
- Support onboarding paperwork
- Maintain organized documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- CNA or experienced caregiver preferred
- Comfortable with scheduling software
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely reliable and flexible
- Comfortable with bathing/toileting clients
Compensation:
- Competitive blended hourly rate
