```Overview:```
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in various classrooms and grade levels, providing instruction and support to students in the absence of their regular teacher.
```Responsibilities:```
- Follow lesson plans left by the absent teacher and deliver engaging and effective instruction to students.
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement classroom management strategies to ensure student behavior is appropriate.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback as necessary.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to support student success.
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working with students or children is preferred.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Strong knowledge in one or more subject areas, such as math or preschool education.
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of different ages and backgrounds.
- Experience in tutoring or providing academic support is a plus.
