Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Psychologist – Therapist + Clinical Supervisor (Part-Time)
Location: Rockland County (some hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: $55/hr (negotiable)

About Us:
We are an established OPWDD provider offering a wide range of community supports and Children’s Waiver HCBS services. As we expand into Mental Health Counseling, we are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Psychologist who can provide clinical supervision to LMSW-level staff and offer direct therapy to individuals and families. This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stages of a developing counseling division within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy (in-person and/or hybrid)
- Provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians working toward independent licensure
- Collaborate with leadership on program development and clinical quality
- Maintain timely and professional documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory expectations

Qualifications:
- Active LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in New York (required)
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians
- Experience with the IDD population strongly preferred
- Strong commitment to ethical, person-centered therapeutic practice
- Dual licensure in NJ is a plus but not required
Compensation:
- $55/hour to start, negotiable based on experience and supervisory background
- Paid for both clinical work and supervision hours
