About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Countertop Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will help homeowners, contractors, designers, and builders select the perfect countertop materials for their projects. If you enjoy working with people, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience.
- Assist customers in selecting countertop materials, colors, and edge profiles based on their needs and budget.
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and sales orders.
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships through phone calls, emails, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain product knowledge of quartz, granite, marble, porcelain, and other countertop materials.
- Keep the showroom organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in countertops, cabinetry, flooring, kitchen and bath, home improvement, or construction is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience preparing estimates or using CRM/POS systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
