Park Chenaur Injury Lawyers is a personal injury law firm that has served Washington injury victims since 1999. We are hiring a bilingual Korean/English Legal Assistant to join our pre-litigation team. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us.

What You'll Do
You will be the primary point of contact for our Korean-speaking clients and a key support for our English-speaking clients as well.
- Communicate with clients in Korean and English by phone, email, and in person
- Work with our pre-litigation attorney and case manager to move cases toward settlement
- Manage documents, medical records, and case files
- Keep multiple cases organized and on track
What We Need
- Professional fluency in Korean and English, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Strong computer skills and curiosity about how AI is changing legal work
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Comfort managing multiple cases without losing track of deadlines or details
- Professionalism, reliability, and discretion with confidential information
- Interest in finding a long-term professional home
Nice to Have, But Not Required
- Medical records or medical terminology experience
- Prior law firm or legal experience
- Customer service or other client-facing experience
- Familiarity with case management software such as Filevine, Litify, MyCase, or similar platforms
Compensation and Benefits
- $40,000-$50,000/year, depending on experience
- Four 8-hour days per week, for a total of 32 hours

담당 업무
이 포지션은 한국어를 사용하는 의뢰인들에게 저희 로펌을 대표하는 중요한 역할입니다. 영어권 의뢰인 응대도 함께 담당하시게 됩니다.
- 한국어와 영어로 의뢰인과 소통, 전화, 이메일, 대면 포함
- 변호사 및 케이스 매니저와 협업하여 사건을 합의 단계까지 진행
- 서류, 의료기록, 사건 파일 관리
- 여러 사건을 동시에 체계적으로 관리
필수 자격
- 한국어 및 영어 능통, 읽기, 쓰기, 말하기 모두 포함
- 우수한 컴퓨터 활용 능력
- AI 도구가 법률 업무를 어떻게 변화시키고 있는지에 대한 관심
- 꼼꼼하고 체계적인 업무 처리 능력
- 여러 사건을 동시에 관리할 수 있는 능력
- 책임감, 성실성, 그리고 비밀 유지 의식
