Shipping & Receiving / Quality Control Associate – Used Auto Parts Full-Time Position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience and Qualifications
We are a growing used auto parts business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving / Quality Control Associate to join our team. Automotive experience is required, and the ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing auto parts for quality and accuracy.
- Verify parts match inventory descriptions and customer orders.
- Receive shipments and organize inventory.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse work area.
- Assist with inventory control and documentation.
- Work with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure customers receive the correct parts.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience required (mechanic, body shop, parts department, salvage yard, or similar background preferred).
- Ability to identify and inspect automotive parts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move heavy auto parts as needed.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
