he William James College School Psychology Department is excited to invite applications for a part-time teaching faculty member in our well-established practitioner-scholar School Psychology MA/CAGS program, now entering its twentieth year. Candidates are expected to be available to teach in-person courses during daytime hours with some evening availability. ssential Functions
A
s a Teaching faculty member, you will play an integral role in:
T
- eaching graduate-level courses aligned with the domains of school psychology practice
A- dvising students throughout their academic journey
P- roviding college-based supervision to practicum students and interns at field placement sites.

E
ducation and Experience
T
he ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in School Psychology or a clinically related field and have teaching experience. Specialist Level applicants will be considered. Applicants should preferably be licensed or licensed-eligible in Massachusetts as a School Psychologist and maintain some involvement in clinical practice, consultation, or demonstrate a strong history of having done so. Successful applicants will also demonstrate a commitment to promoting multicultural competence in educational and work environments and must be willing to contribute to the College’s strategic plan for inclusion. Candidates are expected to be available to teach in-person courses during daytime hours, with some evening availability, and to actively participate in on-campus activities.

ompensation Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually
T
his range represents the College’s good-faith estimate of the compensation for this role. Placement within the range will depend on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Typically, candidates are hired within the lower to mid-point of the range, with the upper end reserved for individuals who bring significant, directly relevant experience and fully meet or exceed the role’s requirements.
