The Role
One Country is looking for an experienced, multi-faceted Graphic Designer to join our team. If you enjoy multitasking, executing tasks while making things look incredible, this job is for you. Must be well-versed in digital design and best practices for direct response.
The Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute new creative within tight deadlines and quick turnaround
- Work closely with marketing team to understand project objectives and maintain expectations
- Establish a strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Participate in brainstorming meetings to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of digital design experience preferred
- Previous experience with DTC brands/ Direct response is preferred
- Highly Skilled / Expert level: Adobe Master Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom
- Strong in communicating ideas with team
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively when needed
- Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
