Are you a skilled welder looking to advance your career with a company that values safety, quality, and professional growth? We’re seeking a motivated Welder to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work under the guidance of our Shop Foreman to fabricate and repair metal components using both electric and acetylene welding methods. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated individuals who take pride in their craftsmanship and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Safely and efficiently cut, lay out, fit, and weld sheet metal and other metals or alloys to fabricate or repair equipment
Perform repairs and plant maintenance using grinders, wire brushes, cutting torches, and other welding tools
Proficient with a range of welding tools, including grinders, generators, drill presses, lathes, punches, shears, and band saws
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to work in environments with noise, fumes, gases, dust, and temperature extremes
Regular use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection
