Pru Thai Kitchen & Bar is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Host to join our team. The Host will help manage the front of house, greet guests, handle reservations, coordinate seating, and keep the dining room organized throughout service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests
- Seat guests efficiently while maximizing available seating
- Monitor table availability and coordinate seating throughout service
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate updates to guests
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions
- Keep the reservation system and waitlist organized and up to date
- Communicate with servers and management about table status and seating
- Help maintain efficient table turnover
- Handle guest questions and concerns professionally
- Keep the host stand and entrance clean and organized
- Help maintain a smooth and organized front-of-house operation
- Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
