Job Summary
Davis Decorative Hardware is a high‑end decorative and functional hardware showroom serving interior designers, cabinet makers, residential contractors, and their clients. This role blends consultative sales, design support, and project coordination in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment.
This is not traditional retail. Sales & Design Consultants manage multiple quotes, specifications, and deadlines simultaneously while delivering a professional, service‑driven experience.
We operate on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and hire based on strong core values. Product knowledge can be trained; work ethic, accountability, and professionalism are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with designers, contractors, cabinet makers, homeowners, and builders
- Prepare and manage multiple detailed quotes at one time (often 3–5 concurrently)
- Assist clients with product selection based on function, design intent, and budget
- Track revisions, pricing changes, orders, and follow‑ups accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal team members
- Maintain a professional showroom presence and client experience
- Follow established EOS processes, procedures, and accountability tools

- Kitchen & bath showroom or related design industry experience
- Cabinetry, lighting, tile, plumbing, or building materials sales
- Interior design assistance or construction‑adjacent support roles

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $38,000–$40,000 annually, based on experience
