The Back Office Assistant plays a key role in maintaining organization and accuracy behind the scenes. You’ll handle employee onboarding, inventory tracking, data entry, and general office coordination to help our team stay productive and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Track and manage inventory, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution.
- Update and maintain reports and documentation as needed.
- Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word (required).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Basic office experience required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
