Job Overview
Bravo Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Security Officer to provide overnight security services at a hotel property in South San Francisco. The officer will maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and visitors through proactive patrols and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the hotel property.
- Patrol guest floors, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, entrances, and surrounding grounds.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
- Respond professionally to incidents, disturbances, and guest concerns.
- Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other unwanted activity.
- Work closely with hotel management and staff regarding security matters.
- Ensure all access points, doors, and common areas remain secure.
Requirements
- Valid California Guard Card required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Previous security or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong observation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies and incidents.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
