The Job in a nutshell
We are looking to bring on a full-time Operations Director. The Operations Director manages production and customer interactions after the sale and proactively solves job related issues. They are responsible for all territory operations and job scheduling as well as managing all production tracking, data entry and maintenance, and CRM updates until job completion.

Core skills and experience are:
Operations management
Scheduling/logistics coordination
Roofing, construction, painting or home services knowledge
Sheets/Excel competency
CRMs and field management software such as JobNimbus, Acculynx, Salesforce, Jobber, and CompanyCam
Task prioritization and time management
Customer service management
Basic understanding of job costing and collections
