Medacure is a growing healthcare manufacturing and distribution company looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are accurate, organized, and moving smoothly through our systems.
Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately
- Review orders for correct pricing, SKUs, quantities, and shipping details
- Maintain organized and accurate order records
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, shipping) to resolve order questions
- Track order status and follow up as needed
- Support day-to-day operational workflows
Requirements
- Previous order processing experience
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and order systems
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Clear communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with SKUs, pricing structures, or logistics workflows
