Concierge Manager – Salon Suites (Customer Service, Leasing, Social Media)
Location: 4750 N Federal Highway, Lighthouse Point FL, 33064
Job Type: Full-Time In-Person
Compensation: Hourly + Bonus (based on new tenant signings and occupancy)
Schedule:
- Tuesday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break daily
- Sundays & Mondays off
About the Role:
Salons by JC is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Concierge Manager to join our team ASAP. As a key member of our salon suite community, you’ll be responsible for leasing suites, promoting our location through social media, and ensuring a positive experience for all of our beauty professionals. What You'll Do:
Leasing & Occupancy
- Show available salon suites to prospective tenants and conduct tours
- Follow up with leads and help convert inquiries into signed leases
- Maintain high occupancy and manage a waitlist when suites are full
- Charge tenants weekly and monthly rent, ensuring timely payments
- Track tenant payments and report to management
Customer Service & Community Building
- Greet and assist all tenants and visitors professionally and warmly
- Enforce salon policies consistently and fairly
- Plan and execute tenant events and celebrations
- Create a positive, clean, and organized salon environment
Social Media & Promotion
- Use social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) to promote available suites and salon events
- Develop and post engaging content to highlight tenant success stories and community activities
- Engage with followers and respond to online inquiries
Administrative & Operational Duties
- Maintain accurate tenant records and files
- Order office and salon supplies when needed
- Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests and repairs
- Address inquiries from landlords or city officials regarding business operations and licensing
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, office management, leasing, and/or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use for business promotion
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks
- Bilingual (English & either Spanish or Portuguese) preferred
