We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house team, maintain high culinary standards, and help create an outstanding dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team during daily operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and recipe execution.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls.
- Schedule, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
- Work alongside the team during service to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen management or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and food cost control.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
