We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and a flair for creativity, providing clients with exceptional nail services while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nail treatments, maintaining hygiene standards, and promoting additional services to enhance the overall client experience.
Duties
- Provide high-quality nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements with vegan and non-toxic nail products.
- Sanitate tools and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Utilize color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails.
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Assist clients with retail sales by recommending products that promote nail health and beauty.
- Perform hair threading and hair extensions as needed, showcasing versatility in beauty services.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of various nail care techniques and products is essential.
- Familiarity with retail sales practices and upselling techniques is advantageous.
- Experience in related beauty services such as hair styling, eyelash extensions, or body waxing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.
