We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all cash handling policies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events.
- Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
- Participate in catering events or banquets as required, providing excellent service in various settings.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Familiarity with catering services and banquet operations is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for fine dining experiences and the ability to upsell beverages effectively.
