Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Assist nursing staff with patient outreach, research, medication management, and documentation
- Record patient progress, vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems
- Support medication management, such as coordinate prescription refills, etc.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, report changes promptly to nursing staff, and document observations thoroughly in medical records
- Support clinical teams with accurate and thorough documentation, ougoing mail, incoming/outgoing faxes, etc.
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification from an accredited program with current licensure in good standing
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) certification
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation
- Prior experience in settings like hospitals (including ICU or trauma centers), nursing homes, hospice or home & community care preferred
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams and provide empathetic patient care

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
