As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who wants more than another marketing job.

What You’ll Do
Lead Generation & Growth
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements
- Support growth initiatives across multiple channels
SEO & Website Performance
- Improve organic search visibility
- Execute SEO strategies and content initiatives
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to increase inbound lead flow
Content & Social Media
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, email, and other channels
- Help tell the stories of our clients, team, and mission
- Coordinate video, graphic, and written content production
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence
Marketing Operations
- Utilize marketing software, CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Help build scalable marketing processes and systems
- Collaborate closely with leadership on campaigns and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 3-7+ years of marketing experience
- Experience running Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO
- Experience creating content and managing social media platforms
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience with marketing software, automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Excited about building and growing alongside a fast-moving company
Bonus Points
- Real estate, mortgage, investing, or financial services experience
- Video editing experience
- Graphic design experience
- HubSpot, GoHighLevel, WordPress, or similar platform experience
- Paid social advertising experience

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
