The Housing Program Specialist works under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Summit Combined Housing Authority (Executive Director). The Housing Program Specialist will work to support the Summit Combined Housing Authority’s homebuyer application qualification, annual occupancy surveys, resale calculations, down payment assistance, and education programs.
