Position overview
We're hiring Maintenance Technicians to lead the maintenance team and own equipment and facility upkeep across our production environment. This is a working-leader role — performing hands-on preventative maintenance and repairs while also directing a team of technicians, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Schedule and manage preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment and facility needs; perform hands-on PM and repairs
Lead a team of maintenance technicians — direction, scheduling, training, hiring, and reviews
Establish vendor connections for timely diagnosis and repair; manage a key parts inventory balancing cost and lead time
Track repair costs, downtime, and maintenance KPIs; drive continuous improvement and participate in Lean and 5S initiatives
Maintain a safe, organized, environmentally compliant work area in line with OSHA standards and proper waste disposition

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; understanding of metal forming and cutting equipment function, troubleshooting, and repair
Able to read service manuals, source parts online, and apply industrial math
Knowledge of General Industry OSHA regulations
Able to lift up to 40 lbs, climb ladders, and work in environments with 91-decibel noise, occasional heat, vibration, and fumes
Self-directed and cooperative — able to lead a team and work independently
Preference for a Bachelor's Degree.
