About the Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and experienced Driver to join our service on a weekly basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed driver who enjoys flexible work and providing top-tier service to clients attending events, traveling for leisure, or requiring transport for special occasions.
Key Details:
- Position: Driver (Independent Contractor)
- Status: Weekly
- Compensation: $20
- Vehicle: A fully insured and well-maintained passenger van is provided by the employer (you will not be required to use your own vehicle)
- Service Areas: Prince George's, Anne Arundel County, and Baltimore City
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to and from LLN office appointments, events, local grocery stores, medication pick-ups, or medical emergencies, etc. (ER, Hospitals, transfers to another inpatient/outpatient program)
- Provide a professional, courteous, and discreet customer experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle before and after each trip
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs when needed
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding scheduling and availability
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with minor vehicle maintenance
- Conduct house checks
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a professional driver, chauffeur, or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of local and regional routes
- Professional demeanor and polished interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Must be punctual, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to undergo background and reference checks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with high-profile or VIP clients
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a bonus but not required
