About Lucentra Care, LLC
Lucentra Care, LLC is a growing in-home ABA therapy practice serving children and families across the Maryland region. We provide individualized, evidence-based behavioral services delivered directly in the home environment — where children are most comfortable and families can be most engaged.
Our team is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, compassionate care, and collaborative culture. We believe that great BCBAs deserve the administrative support, manageable caseloads, and professional community they need to do their best work — and we've built our organization around making that possible.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will deliver direct ABA services to pediatric clients in their homes and conduct remote administrative, supervisory, and telehealth work from home — providing comprehensive, family-centered care to clients with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities across the Maryland service area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who values clinical depth over volume, genuine family partnership, and the chance to shape a growing, community-based practice.

- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), preference assessments, and skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, and ADOS)

- Analyze client progress data regularly and make data-driven program modifications
- Implement naturalistic and structured ABA strategies in clients' homes and via telehealth

- Mentor and support BCBA candidates or trainees as applicable
Family & Caregiver Partnership
- Deliver structured parent training and caregiver support sessions in the home and via telehealth
- Communicate client progress, program updates, and treatment recommendations with families in a clear, supportive manner
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with families as collaborative partners in treatment
Compliance & Quality
- Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines, Maryland LBA regulations, and all applicable payer/insurance requirements
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ongoing clinical training
- Maintain up-to-date continuing education in compliance with BACB and Maryland LBA renewal requirements

- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB Required

- Experience delivering parent training via telehealth platforms Preferred
- Background in multidisciplinary collaboration (SLP, OT, or similar) Preferred
⚠ Important: Candidates must hold an active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license at the time of hire. Eligibility for licensure alone does not satisfy this requirement. Please confirm your active LBA status before applying.
