Job Summary

Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and hygiene to promote independence.
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and inform treatment plans.
- Implement individualized behavior management strategies based on approved care plans aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Deliver direct behavioral therapy sessions in home-based or clinical settings, utilizing ABA protocols tailored to each client’s needs.
- Support clients’ communication skills through teaching and reinforcement techniques, including client communication strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral records, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to support autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and neurodevelopmental disorders interventions.
Experience not required however, the following are a plus:
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to implement ABA therapy protocols effectively in various settings such as homes or schools.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards.
- Experience working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles, behavior management techniques, and data collection methods for behavioral analysis.
- Home-based behavioral experience is a plus, along with understanding of client care procedures in diverse environments.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
