Andrew Tech, LLC is seeking employees or a complete crew to work in TX, IL,VA,IN, SC, NC, GA . We are doing civil and L&A work including mount swaps for T-Mobile, AT&T, VERIZON. The telecommunications tower climber must be able to perform all job-related tasks safely, ensure the quality of build (tower portion), and follow market standards.
Position overview:
- Able to work at heights;
- Able to apply safe rigging techniques and methods;
- Able to take the initiative and make decisions;
- Installation of antennas and RRUs;
- Waterproofing;
- Installation of antenna mounts or mount reinforcement kits;
- Installation of hybrid cables;
- Routing DC and fiber cables;
- Supporting cables;
- Performing photo close-outs on the tower;
- Work well with others and independently;
- Wide variety of duties depending on job demand.
Additional requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a climber in the telecommunications industry;
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record;
- Able to pass a background check and drug test;
- Able and willing to travel.
