Advanced Electrical Assembler
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Electrical Assembler to join our production team. This role is responsible for building and assembling complex electrical and mechanical components while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and precision.
Candidates must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics. Experience working from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical work instructions is required.
Responsibilities
- Build and assemble complex electrical and mechanical components from engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform precision wiring, soldering, crimping, and component installation
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams to complete assemblies accurately
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues
- Conduct functional testing and quality inspections on completed assemblies
- Use hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment
- Support continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain accurate production and material records
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (required)
- Experience with electrical and mechanical assembly
- Proficiency in wiring, soldering, crimping, and component installation
- Ability to diagnose and resolve assembly issues
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience improving assembly processes and production efficiency
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
