Job Summary
We are actively looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Center Associate to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, motivated team player who thrives on helping people and enjoys learning new things. In this position, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional experience in—but not limited to—retail, shipping, printing, and small business support. Because the majority of our local clientele communicates primarily in Spanish, the ideal candidate must be fully bilingual to ensure all customers receive clear, accurate, and welcoming assistance.
What You’ll Do (Including but not limited to):
- Greet customers and provide top-notch service with a positive attitude.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and printing services.
- Operate printers, copiers, fax machines, and POS systems.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials.
- Help the customers choose the best shipping options for their needs.
- Process payments and manage cash register transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Learn UPS systems, store procedures, and promotional offerings.
- Contribute to a fun, respectful, and efficient team environment. [1]
What We’re Looking For:
- Due to the demographics of our clientele, fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- 2+ years of customer service or retail experience (preferred but not required)
- Good communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs + and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computers, printers, and basic tech
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Flexible availability, including weekends & evenings are required
- Must be capable of working alone
- Self motivator
