For more than 55 years, our 294-bed facility has served Wilson County and surrounding areas with a comprehensive range of services, including orthopedics, cardiology, surgery, women’s care, emergency medicine, imaging, rehabilitation, and more. How you’ll contribute
A Courier who excels in this role:

Serve as a reliable link between clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and community locations by ensuring timely and dependable transportation of critical materials.

Safely pick up, transport, and deliver lab specimens, X-rays, reports, supplies, mail, meals, and other materials to the appropriate destinations.

Complete scheduled, priority, and STAT runs while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness to changing operational needs.

Handle sensitive patient and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Maintain safe driving practices and follow established policies, procedures, and safety standards while working in healthcare facilities and throughout the community.

Provide professional, courteous service and effective communication when interacting with healthcare staff, patients, vendors, and the public.
Support daily clinic and hospital operations by completing bank runs, errands, housekeeping tasks, and other assigned duties as needed.

What we’re looking for

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver’s license with an exemplary driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.

Ability to safely operate a vehicle and complete deliveries throughout the community in a timely manner.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately handle, transport, and deliver sensitive materials.

Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while responding to changing operational needs.

Professional communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully with staff, patients, vendors, and the public.
