We are looking to hire an extremely organized, sincere and friendly Janitor / Cleaner to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Keep property grounds and common areas clean.
- Pick up trash and debris daily.
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments.
- Clean laundry rooms, offices, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Report maintenance or safety issues.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist management and maintenance as needed.
- Provide friendly service to residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Reliable, Self-motivated, Honest, Detail-oriented
- Service-oriented
- Ability to follow directions and work as a team
- Grounds/landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
