Mesa Dental Group is a well-established, privately owned dental practice that has earned a reputation for exceptional patient care and a positive, team-oriented culture. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

You'll be joining an established front office team that already includes:
- An experienced Insurance Biller
- A dedicated Receptionist
- An experienced Treatment Coordinator
As our patient base continues to grow, we're adding a fourth front office team member so we can continue providing an exceptional patient experience while ensuring every team member has the support they need to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Present treatment plans with confidence, professionalism, and compassion
- Help patients understand their treatment options and financial arrangements
- Verify insurance benefits and maximize available coverage
- Coordinate treatment scheduling to optimize patient care and office efficiency
- Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment
- Assist patients with financing options when appropriate
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion
- Collaborate closely with the doctor and clinical team to improve case acceptance and patient satisfaction
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping patients receive the care they need.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator preferred
- Dentrix experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment presentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented
- Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
- Passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience
