Aubrey Lounge STL is looking for a dependable Part-Time Line Cook to support kitchen operations and help deliver high-quality dishes during service. - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Execute dishes efficiently during service periods
- Maintain clean and organized kitchen stations
- Assist with prep work and ingredient preparation
- Follow kitchen procedures and support team members during service
- Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines
- Properly store and rotate ingredients
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
