Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus confidently, providing detailed descriptions of food and wine options
- Take accurate orders with Square POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Recommend wine pairings and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining high standards of food handling and safety protocols
- Assist with private events
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences
- Experience with food handling, safety standards, and meal preparation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure
