- Manufacturing Engineering, Product Documentation, or Configuration Management.
- Ability to understand technical documentation from customers
- Electronics manufacturing (PCBA, cable, electro-mechanical assembly)
- Experience with BOM creation in ERP/MES systems.
- Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, NPI, ECO/ECN processes, and defense/aerospace documentation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Pay: $60,000.46 - $65,000.00 per year
