Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and expertise
- Build relationships with buyers to earn repeat business and referrals
- Proactively follow up on leads, inquiries, and past customers
- Conduct effective negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Purchase vehicles directly from private party sellers to enhance dealership inventory
- Accurately complete all required documentation for sales and vehicle acquisitions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
