Role: Senior Distribution Leader

Pay: $180,000 – $250,000 / year

A leading North American organization recognized for its best‑in‑class, highly efficient distribution practices is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a major, high‑volume warehouse facility in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a dynamic, hands‑on executive who excels in driving performance, developing large teams, and managing complex operational environments.
This position leads all aspects of a multi-million sq. ft. distribution operation, directing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while ensuring exceptional service levels and same‑day fulfillment. The leader in this role will guide and empower a workforce of 500+ employees, maintaining world‑class standards in accuracy, safety, and productivity.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations across all warehouse functions, ensuring seamless flow of goods and adherence to high performance expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
- Maintain rigorous safety, quality, and accuracy standards across all processes.
- Drive efficiency through strategic planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years of leadership experience within high‑volume distribution environments, including oversight of teams of 400+ employees.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performance‑driven operational environments preferred.
