The Role: Service Assistant
As a Service Assistant, you help keep the diner running like a well‑oiled machine. You support both the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams, making sure guests have everything they need and servers can focus on delivering great service. You’re the behind‑the‑scenes hero who keeps the flow going.
What You’ll Do:
Support the Guest Experience:
Assist servers by restocking the line, changing out trash bins, clearing tables, and ensuring guests have a great expierence.
Keep the Diner Moving:
Help maintain a clean, organized dining room and service areas so the team can work efficiently.
Stay a Step Ahead:
Restock supplies, prep service stations, and jump in wherever needed during busy times.
Teamwork:
Work closely with servers, cooks, and hosts to make sure every guest enjoys a smooth, friendly dining experience.
