We are hiring a part time mentor position. This position will include 2-3 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift per week. Each shift is usually around 4-8 hours. We are able to be fairly flexible with school schedules and child care schedules.
Each mentor is expected to be able to help keep structure and a positive atmosphere throughout the day and work well with youth. Compassion and assertiveness is expected as we help these young ladies with their academics and assist them on their self improvement journeys.
