Ensure reliable, high-performance operations by maintaining and optimizing the equipment that drives production. As a Maintenance Mechanic III, you will diagnose complex issues, perform advanced repairs, and lead preventive maintenance efforts to keep equipment running efficiently and minimize downtime. You will play a key role in supporting production continuity and improving overall equipment performance. This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on professional who excels at troubleshooting, takes pride in equipment reliability, and is committed to driving safe, efficient operations.
This position has a target wage of $28.50 - $42.50 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Ensure shop and surrounding areas are kept clean by the removal of all debris in work areas, work benches, break rooms, all floors, and the same are free of liquids, oils, and dirt.

Bending, twisting, lifting, reaching, sitting, and grasping varies in repetitions, distance, degrees, angle, weight, height, longest interval of time, objects grasped, and body positions depends upon the maintenance task being performed.
Exposure to chlorinated water <50ppm, ammonia vapors >5ppm, dry ice, caustic detergents, lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, salt, and other chemicals found in a poultry processing operation.
