We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As the Service Technician , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of your customer base. This is a orientated team atmosphere service department
Responsibilities:
- Provide curtness to staff members across various departments
- Must be able to earn the employees trust and the ability to grow it into work relationship.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and other advisors to ensure effective coordination and communication
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a lead Service Technician
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Service team at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
-Dealer Track and X Time is preferred but will train
